The difference between stamped elbows and hot pressed elbows is as follows:

1. Process differences:

Stamped elbow, also known as stamped welded elbow. It is made of the same material as the pipe, stamped into a semi-circular elbow with a die, and then welded together to form an elbow.

Hot press elbow is an elbow made by heating a pipe, processing it with professional equipment, cutting and heating it to a critical temperature or above, and then quickly placing it in a quenching agent after a period of insulation, causing its temperature to suddenly drop. Its cooling rate is faster than the critical cooling rate.

2. Production time varies:

Stamping elbows are processed by stamping, which is completed by stamping molds and stamping equipment. High speed pressure can reach hundreds or even over 1000 times per minute, and each stamping stroke can result in a stamped part. Therefore, compared with hot pressed elbows, stamped elbows have higher production efficiency and less time consumption.

Hot pressed elbows require temperature to reach zero, and the production speed is relatively slow.

3. Different production hazard factors:

Stamping elbows are fully automated mechanical stamping, requiring minimal manual operation and relatively safe; Hot pressed elbows are formed by high temperatures and require high temperatures, which can easily cause burns.
