The chemical composition contained in stainless steel elbows will keep the surface of the elbow rust free and corrosion-resistant for a long time. What method do we usually follow when polishing stainless steel elbows?
Firstly, when starting to polish the elbow, an 80 mesh louver grinding wheel should be used. The black one is more suitable, and the apprentice suggests using the red one. It must be done slowly and not pressed with force. When polishing, try to level the polishing machine as much as possible.
Secondly, once everything has been polished, start using a 320 mesh louver grinding wheel and grind it again. The 320 mesh grinding wheel must be polished very finely, otherwise it will leave scratches on the 80 mesh grinding wheel.
Thirdly, after polishing the 320 mesh louver grinding wheel, wax the elbow. It is better for beginners to use more wax.
Fourthly, use a hemp wheel to continue polishing, then press firmly on the grinding, the harder the better.
Fifth, remember to wipe the wax clean after grinding, as it is easier to apply with some dust.
When polishing stainless steel elbows, they are usually polished according to the above polishing method. Friends who need stainless steel elbows can contact us at Longxing Flange.
