The processing method of welding stamping elbow:
1. Forging method, using a forging machine to punch and stretch the end or part of the pipe to reduce the outer diameter. Common forging machines include rotary, connecting rod, and rolling wheel.
2. Stamping method, using a tapered core on a punch press to expand the tube end to the required size and shape.
3. Roller method, placing a core inside the tube and using a roller to push the outer circumference for edge processing.
4. Rolling method, generally without a core shaft, is suitable for the inner circular edge of thick walled pipes.
5. There are three commonly used methods for bending forming, one is called stretching method, another is called stamping method, and the third is roller method, which has 3-4 rollers, two fixed rollers, one adjustment roller, and adjusts the fixed roller distance. The finished pipe fittings are bent.
6. Dilation method, one is to place rubber inside the tube and compress it with a punch above to make the tube protrude and form a shape; Another method is hydraulic bulging forming, in which liquid is filled in the middle of the pipe, and the liquid pressure swells the pipe into the desired shape. This method is mostly used in the production of corrugated pipes.
