How to install stainless steel elbows?

The installation method of stainless steel elbow is as follows:

1. Before installation, it is necessary to carefully check whether the stainless steel elbow meets the usage requirements, reduce damage caused during transportation, and clean the dirt on the stainless steel elbow.  

2. When installing, the stainless steel elbow can be directly installed on the pipeline according to the connection method, and installed according to the position of use. In general, it can be installed at any position in the pipeline, but for the convenience of maintenance, stainless steel elbows can only be installed horizontally.

3. The bolts of the stainless steel elbow valve packing cover should be tightened evenly and should not be pressed into a skewed state to avoid collision, obstruction of valve stem movement, or leakage.  

4. When using stainless steel elbow ball valves, globe valves, and gate valves, they should only be fully open or fully closed and are not allowed to be used for regulating flow to prevent erosion of the sealing surface and accelerated wear.
