The processing technology for stamping elbows is as follows:

Stamped elbows have good corrosion resistance, heat resistance, oxidation resistance, and wear resistance, and are widely used in industries such as chemical, fertilizer, petroleum, and medical machinery manufacturing. Stamping elbows are welded using the same type of chromium and require slow cooling in a temperature range of 300 ℃~700 ℃ after completion.

Stamping elbow coatings come in titanium calcium and low hydrogen types. Titanium calcium type can be welded using both AC and DC electricity, as AC welding has a shallow penetration depth and is prone to turning red at the same time. Therefore, DC welding should be used as much as possible. Stamping elbows have high hardness and are prone to cracking after welding, requiring the use of different welding rods for welding.
